1. General
1.1. RosCar Heraklion is a car rental aggregator in Crete. We do not own cars and do not provide rental services directly.
1.2. All bookings are made through local car rental companies. Rental conditions including insurance, deposits, and mileage are determined by these companies.
1.3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes take effect immediately after being published on the Site.
2. Car Booking
2.1. To book a car, the user must:
- Select pick-up and drop-off locations
- Choose required options
- Enter driver contact details
- Pay a partial amount of 15 to 20 percent. The remaining balance is paid when collecting the car
2.2. After booking, a voucher with instructions and contact details of the rental company will be sent to the user’s email.
2.3. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or changes by the rental companies.
3. Payment
3.1. Partial payment is made through secure payment systems. Remaining payments are made directly to the rental company when collecting the car.
3.2. We do not store user credit card details.
4. Cancellation and Changes
4.1. Users can cancel bookings free of charge according to the policy of the specific rental company.
4.2. We do not guarantee refunds in case of cancellation if it is not covered by the partner company policy.
5. Liability
5.1. RosCar Heraklion is not responsible for:
- Car quality or condition
- Actions or policies of local rental companies
- Any damage, injury, or property loss during car use
5.2. Users agree to follow traffic rules and rental conditions established by the rental company.
6. Use of the Site
6.1. Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
6.2. It is prohibited to:
- Copy or distribute site content without permission
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
- Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal actions
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes take effect after being published on the Site.
